What’s hydraulic press machine?
Hydraulic press is a kind of metal forming machine which uses liquid as working medium and is made according to Pascal principle to transfer energy and realize various processes.
The hydraulic press is not only used for forging, but also for straightening, pressing, packing, pressing block and pressing plate. It is widely used in the pressing processing and forming of various plastic materials, such as the extrusion, bending, drawing of stainless steel plate and the cold pressing forming of metal parts. It can also be used in the pressing of powder products, grinding wheel, bakelite, resin thermosetting products, etc.
The basic principle is that the oil pump transmits the hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve block, and distributes the hydraulic oil to the upper cavity or the lower cavity of the oil cylinder through each one-way valve and overflow valve, so as to make the oil cylinder move under the action of high pressure oil. In order to meet the requirements of the moving speed of the actuator, one or more oil pumps are selected. Gear pump for low pressure (oil pressure less than 2.5MP); vane pump for medium pressure (oil pressure less than 6.3mp); plunger pump for high pressure (oil pressure less than 32.0mp).
The hydraulic press consists of the main engine and the power mechanism. The main part of the hydraulic press includes the main body, the main cylinder press, the ejecting cylinder and the filling device. The power mechanism consists of oil tank, high-pressure pump, low-pressure control system, motor, various pressure valves and directional valves. Under the control of the electric device, the power mechanism realizes the energy conversion, regulation and transmission through the pump, oil cylinder and various hydraulic valves, and the hydraulic press completes the circulation of various process actions.

The trial operation will be carried out before the delivery of the 300-ton hydraulic press to ensure that everything is normal before the machine is allowed to leave the factory. Every process has been strictly controlled. How to maintain and operate 300 tons hydraulic press?
Please read the instruction carefully before use. Familiar with machine structure and operation procedure. We have the following suggestions for machine maintenance and safe operation:
1. Anti-wear hydraulic oil of 32 # -46 # is recommended for working oil. Should be based on the temperature: room temperature below 20℃, available 46 # hydraulic oil. When the room temperature is higher than 30℃, 32 # can be used. The oil temperature should be in the range of 15℃ to 60℃.
2. The oil should be strictly filtered before it is allowed to be added to the oil tank. The amount of oil in the oil tank should not be lower than the oil mark, and the filling tank should also be added to the oil mark.
3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first time should not exceed three months.
4. The slider should be regularly lubricated, the column appearance should always be kept clean, and the oil should be sprayed before each work.
5. Calibrate and check the pressure gauge every six months
6. When the machine is not used for a long time, the processing surface should be scrubbed clean and coated with anti-rust oil.
