- The unloading load loop in the system has failed or is not set. When the hydraulic pressmachine stops working, the oil pump cannot unload normally, and all the flow of the pump overflows under high pressure, resulting in overflow loss and heat, resulting in high temperature rise of the equipment.
- System piping is too thin, too long, and too much bending, local pressure loss and along the pressure loss is too large.

It is very common to have an upper cylinder (main cylinder) and a bottom cylinder (ejector cylinder) on a hydraulic press machine.
