It ensures the smooth operation of the whole oil circuit and prolongs the service life of the hydraulic press.
500 tons hydraulic press machine before use matters needing attention:
1. Before starting, confirm whether the safety light curtain device and each travel switch are normal and whether the fastening screw is loose
2. Check the height of each oil level gauge of 500t hydraulic press and whether there is leakage in each oil pipeline
3. Check whether the pressure gauge, control valve and oil pump of the 500 ton hydraulic press are normal. Whether the temperature of hydraulic oil is in the normal range, whether the mold seems to be intact.
4. Check the pointer deflection of the pressure gauge of 500t four column hydraulic press. In case of swing back and forth, stop the machine to check the rated pressure of the equipment and do not exceed the limit.
5. Clear the sundries on the worktable and mold, and adjust the pressure of the machine and the stroke of the slider. No load operation about two minutes. Only when the machine is in good condition can it enter into normal production activities.
When we use the hydraulic press, air may enter the hydraulic oil due to improper operation, resulting in bubbles. What is the cause of bubbles in the 500 ton four column hydraulic press?
1. Air remains in the oil pipe and pump housing.
2. Part of the air dissolved in the hydraulic oil is released again during the operation of the machine.
3. The depth of the oil suction pipe into the oil surface is too shallow.
4. The eddy current caused by the return of hydraulic oil is relatively strong, resulting in bubbles.
How to solve or avoid the generation of bubbles?
1. Run the machine without load
2. Lengthen the length of the oil suction pipe and inject sufficient hydraulic oil into the oil tank to increase the oil plane and reduce the presence of air in the oil tank
3. Separate the oil suction pipe from the oil return pipe
4. Add a baffle board in the oil tank, the backflow of hydraulic oil through the baffle to eliminate bubbles and then inhale
5. Add defoamer into hydraulic oil
