The belt connecting the main shaft to the servo motor is damaged. In general, high-speed machining center for a long time, there will inevitably be some defects, such as the transmission belt, the use of a long time will wear, which is also one of the reasons for the abnormal sound of the belt. So the transmission belt of better quality has a longer service time, and the inferior transmission belt has a shorter service time.
The tooth profile of the driving belt does not match that of the servo motor and spindle. Because the driving belt of the high-speed machining center will cause some wear and tear when it is used for a long time, so many customers buy the driving belt to replace it by themselves in order to save cost. After replacement, they find that the tooth type of the driving belt is not consistent with the tooth type of the servo motor and the spindle, which will cause abnormal sound during use.
