Cotton yarn or gauze shall not be used at this stage to avoid machine jamming, that is, the antirust oil or antirust paint applied by the inclined bed CNC lathe machine to protect the guide rail surface and processing surface when leaving the factory shall be cleaned, and the dust on the outer surface shall be cleaned at the same time. At the same time, apply lubricating oil specified by the manufacturer on each sliding surface and working surface.
2. Also carefully check whether all parts of the inclined bed CNC lathe have been filled with oil according to relevant requirements and whether the coolant in the cooling box is sufficient. Whether the oil of the hydraulic station and automatic lubrication device of the lathe machine can reach the position specified by the oil level indicator.
3. At the same time, please check whether all switches and components in the electrical control box are normal and whether all plug-in integrated circuit boards operate normally.
4. After power on, we will also start the centralized lubrication installation to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil on the lubricating parts and lubricating oil circuits to make a series of preparations for the lathe machine before use.
