Generally speaking, CNC lathe with inclined bed is a functional, high-precision and high-efficiency automatic machine tool. For the CNC lathe with inclined layout, the guide rail is inclined (30 °, 45 °, 60 °, etc., generally 45 °). The bed structure on the inclined angle greatly improves the bending and torsional stiffness of the machine tool in operation, and has high stability. The high rigidity and high stability of the inclined bed CNC lathe provide a guarantee for the machining accuracy of the machine tool. Inclined bed CNC lathes are generally equipped with multi station turrets or power turrets (8 or 12 stations). The machine tool has a wide range of processing performance. Flat bed CNC lathe is a simple CNC transformation from ordinary lathe, and the consideration of automation is not comprehensive. The inclined bed NC lathe is developed and designed according to the principle of NC machining. It has strong pertinence. In the case of the same guide rail width, the x-direction carriage of the inclined bed CNC lathe is longer than that of the flat bed. The practical significance of application in the lathe is that more tool bits can be arranged. Compared with the cutting rigidity, the cross-sectional area of the NC lathe with inclined bed is larger than that of the flat bed of the same specification, that is, it has stronger bending and torsion resistance. The increase of the number of tool bits of the machine tool and the configuration of the automatic chip conveyor are actually the foundation for automatic production. One person on duty for multiple machine tools has always been the development direction of machine tools. The inclined bed CNC lathe is equipped with a milling power head, an automatic feeding machine tool or a manipulator to automatically load and clamp all chip cutting processes at one time. When measuring the installation accuracy, we often need to carry out it at a constant temperature, and the measuring tools should be used after a period of constant temperature.

Preparation before commissioning of CNC lathe machine with inclined bed

Specifically, cotton cloth or silk cloth containing cleaning agent shall be used for cleaning. Cotton yarn or gauze shall not be used at this stage to avoid machine jamming, that is, the antirust oil or antirust paint applied by the inclined bed CNC lathe machine to protect the guide rail surface and processing surface when leaving the factory shall be cleaned, and the dust on the outer surface shall be cleaned at the same time. At the same time, apply lubricating oil specified by the manufacturer on each sliding surface and working surface.
- Also carefully check whether all parts of the inclined bed CNC lathe have been filled with oil according to relevant requirements and whether the coolant in the cooling box is sufficient. Whether the oil of the hydraulic station and automatic lubrication device of the lathe machine can reach the position specified by the oil level indicator.
- At the same time, please check whether all switches and components in the electrical control box are normal and whether all plug-in integrated circuit boards operate normally.
